*🔼పన్ను చెల్లింపుదారుల‌కు మెరుగైన సేవ‌ల‌ను అందించేందుకు ఆదాయ‌పు పన్ను(ఐటీ) శాఖ కొత్త ఇ-ఫైల్లింగ్ పోర్ట‌ల్‌ను అందుబాటులోకి తీసుకురానుంది.
ఈ కొత్త పోర్టల్ www.incometax.gov.in జూన్ 7, 2021 నుంచి అందుబాటులోకి వ‌స్తుంద‌ని ఆశాఖ తెలిపింది.
కొత్త ఇ- పోర్టల్ స‌హాయంతో మ‌రింత సులువుగా,
సౌక‌ర్య‌వంతంగా పన్ను చెల్లింపుదారులు త‌మ రిట‌ర్నుల ప్ర‌క్రియ‌ను పూర్తిచేయ‌గ‌లుగుతార‌ని ఐటీ శాఖ విశ్వాసం వ్య‌క్తం చేసింది.
ప్ర‌స్తుతం అందుబాటులో ఉన్న ఇ-ఫైల్లింగ్ పోర్ట‌ల్‌ను ద‌శ‌ల‌వారీగా తొల‌గిస్తున్నామ‌ని,
వ‌చ్చే నెల ఆరంభం నుంచి అంటే జూన్1 నుంచి 6వ తేది వ‌ర‌కు..
ఆరు రోజుల పాటు పోర్టల్ అందుబాటులో ఉండ‌ద‌ని కేంద్ర ప్ర‌త్య‌క్ష ప‌న్నుల మండ‌లి తెలిపింది._*

నుంచి కొత్త ఇ-పోర్టల్ www.incometax.gov.inకు మార్పు చెందే క్ర‌మంలో ఆరు రోజుల బ్యాక్ అవుట్ పిరియ‌డ్ ఉంటుంది. కాబ‌ట్టి ప‌న్నుచెల్లింపుదారులు అవ‌స‌రంగా పూర్తిచేయాల్సిన ప‌నులు(ఏదైనా స‌బ్మిట్ చేయాల్సి వచ్చినా, అప్‌లోడ్‌, డౌన్‌లోడ్‌) వంటివి జూన్1వ తేది లోపుగా పూర్తిచేయాల‌ని కేంద్ర ప్ర‌త్య‌క్ష ప‌న్నుల బోర్డ్ తెలిపింది._*

*_👉ప‌న్నుచెల్లింపుదారుల‌కు సాధ్య‌మైనంత త్వ‌ర‌గా రిఫండ్‌ల‌ను జారీ చేసేందుకు ఆదాయ‌పు పన్ను రిట‌ర్నుల‌ను స‌మ‌ర్పించిన వెంట‌నే ప్రాసెసింగ్ చేసే విధంగా కొత్త ఇ-పోర్టల్ ఉంటుంది._*
*_👉పన్ను చెల్లింపుదారులు ఇప్ప‌టి వ‌ర‌కు చేసిన చ‌ర్య‌లు,
అప్‌లోడ్‌లు,
పెండింగ్ చ‌ర్య‌లు,
త‌రువాత చేయాల్సిన ప‌నులు అన్ని ఒకే డాష్‌బోర్డ్‌లో క‌నిపించే విధంగా ఏర్పాటు చేస్తున్నారు._*
*_👉పన్ను-సంబంధిత విష‌యాల‌లో పెద్ద‌గా అవ‌గాహ‌న లేనివారు కూడా సుల‌భంగా రిట‌ర్నుల‌ను దాఖ‌లు చేసేందుకు ఐటీఆర్ ప్రీప‌రేష‌న్ సాఫ్ట్‌వేర్‌ను అందుబాటులోకి తీసుకురానున్నారు.
ఇది పూర్తి ఉచితంగా సేవ‌లు అందిస్తుంది. క‌నీస స‌మాచారం ఇవ్వ‌డం ద్వారా ప్రీ-ఫైల్లింగ్‌కు ఇది స‌హాయ‌ప‌డుతుంది._*
*_👉పన్ను చెల్లింపుదారుల‌కు స‌హాయ‌ప‌డేందుకు ఏర్పాటు చేసిన కాల్‌సెంట‌ర్‌.. ప‌న్నుచెల్లింపుదారులు త‌రుచుగా అడిగే ప్ర‌శ్న‌ల‌కు వీడియోలు, ట్యుటోరియ‌ల్స్ రూపంలో త‌క్ష‌ణ‌మే స‌మాధానం ఇస్తుంది.
చాట్‌బాట్‌/లైవ్ ఏజెంట్ ద్వారా కూడా ప్ర‌శ్న‌ల‌కు స‌మాధానాలు తెలుసుకోవ‌చ్చు._*
*_👉డెస్క్‌టాప్ ద్వారా ఇ-పోర్ట‌ల్‌లో అందుబాటులో ఉన్న అన్ని ప్ర‌ధాన ఫంక్ష‌న్లు మొబైల్ యాప్‌లో కూడా అందుబాటులో ఉంటాయి. మొబైల్ నెట్‌వ‌ర్క్‌తో ఎప్పుడైనా యాక్సిస్ చేయ‌వ‌చ్చు._*

ప‌లు పేమెంట్ ఆప్ష‌న్‌లు కూడా అందుబాటులో ఉన్నాయి. యూపీఐ, నెట్ బ్యాంకింగ్‌,
ఆర్‌టీజీఎస్‌/
నెఫ్ట్‌, క్రెడిట్ కార్డులు ద్వారా ప‌న్నుచెల్లింపుదారుని ఏ బ్యాంకులోని.. ఖాతా నుంచైనా సౌక‌ర్య‌వంతంగా చెల్లింపులు చేయ‌వ‌చ్చు._*

*_♦️జూన్1 వ తేది నుంచి జూన్6 తేది వ‌ర‌కు ఉన్న బ్లాక్అవుట్ పిరియ‌డ్‌లో పన్ను చెల్లింపుల‌కు సంబంధించి ఎటువంటి ముఖ్య‌మైన తేదిల‌ను ఆదాయ‌పు శాఖ ప్ర‌క‌టించ‌దు. కొత్త ఇ-ఫైల్లింగ్ పోర్టల్ జూన్ 7వ తేది నుంచి అందుబాటులో ఉంటుంది. పన్ను చెల్లింపుదారుల‌కు, డిపార్మెంట్‌ అసెస్సింగ్ ఆఫీసర్ మధ్య ఇప్ప‌టికే షెడ్యూల్ చేసిన ప‌నుల‌ను వాయిదా వేసే అవ‌కాశం ఉంది. పన్ను చెల్లింపుదారులు కొత్త పోర్ట‌ల్‌కు అల‌వాటు ప‌డేందుకు కొంత స‌మ‌యం ప‌డుతుంది కాబ‌ట్టి కేసులు/ ఫిర్యాదుల‌కు సంబంధించిన విచార‌ణ‌ల‌ను జూన్ 10వ తేది త‌ర‌వాతకు వాయిదా వేస్తున్నారు._*
The income tax department is going to
launch it’s a new e-filing www.incometax.gov.in
portal on 7th June 2021 the existing portal of the department www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in
would not be available to taxpayers as well as other external stakeholders for
a brief period of 6 days that is from 1st June 2021 to 6th
June 2021.
The income tax department is going to
launch its new e-filing portal www.incometax.gov.in on 7th of June
2021 the e-filing portal www.incometax.gov.in
is aimed at providing tax payer convenience and modern seamless experience to
taxpayers
- New tax payer friendly portable integrated with immediate processing of income tax returns who issue quick refunds to taxpayers.
- All interactions and up loads are pending actions will be displayed on a single dashboard for follow up action by taxpayers.
- Free of cost ITR preparation software available online and offline with interactive questions to help taxpayers fill ITR even without any tax knowledge with pre filing for minimising data entry effort.
- New call centre for tax payer assistance for immediate answers to tax payer varies with FAQS tutorials videos and chart board agent.
- All Key portal functions on desktop will be available on mobile app which will be enabled subsequently for full anytime access on mobile network.
- New online tax payment system on new portal will be enabled subsequently with multiple new payment options using net banking, UPI, credit card and RTGS/NEFT from any account of tax payer in any bank are for easy payment of taxes.
In preparation for this launch and
for migration activities the existing portal of the department at www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in
would not be available to taxpayers as
well as other external stakeholders for a brief period of 6 days i.e. from
first June 2021 to 6th June 2021.
In order to avoid any inconvenience
to taxpayers the department will not fix any compliance dates during this.
Further directions have been issued to fix hearing of cases or compliance is
only from 10th June 2021 onwards to give taxpayers time to respond
on the new system.
